Cooking courses at hase&igel
Would you like to experience something different at a team-building event? Or would you like to gain an insight into the professional kitchen with your friends and family who love to cook?
Then please contact us. We offer the possibility of organizing individual cooking courses. The topics are as diverse as the cuisine itself. Be it the construction of a seasonal menu or a cooking course focusing on meat, fish and vegetarian dishes - Norman Wegner will show you how he approaches food and - in his opinion - how to process it in the best possible way.
Our cooking courses can be booked for groups of 6 people or more. If you would like to come with
more participants, please contact us - we will find a solution.
The price is between €115.00 and €130.00 per person (excluding “luxury products”).
We start with an aperitif. Afterwards, we will get busy cooking and then enjoy the results in a
convivial atmosphere. The duration is approx. 4 hours.

- Fish & shellfish, from carving to plating
- How to cook the perfect steak - learn how to sear a steak properly
- Meat - whether soup meat / braised meat or roasted pink, here you will learn what is suitable for what
- Stocks & sauces - the heart & figurehead of good cooking is the sauce. Whether broth / jus / cream sauce or bearnaise, here you will learn the importance of the interplay of taste and consistency.
- Wine & Dine - which wines go with which products. Here you will learn what good matching of food and drink can achieve and what to look out for.
- Soulfood pasta - rolled / twisted & filled. Pure craftsmanship that makes you happy. We will not only prepare different types of pasta but also the matching sauces.
- Vegetarian - “but I always miss something”, it doesn't have to be that way! Here we will prepare a complete vegetarian menu that leaves nothing to be desired.
- Finger food - flavor bombs in miniature. Whether as a small aperitif snack with champagne or as a flying buffet throughout the evening. Here you will learn what is possible and how you can create great enthusiasm with small dishes, even in a private setting.
- “Luxury products” - are also just food. Norway lobster / turbot / sole / caviar / Wagyu beef / Iberico pork or truffles - here you will learn how to handle the most exclusive products.
